The first painting of the Impressions Series, the beautiful tiger. An animal that is so fierce and strong, yet so vulnerable and poetic at the same time. I see his gaze and wonder what he is looking at or contemplating. But I know he's completely in the moment. How ironic that's something I experienced while bringing him to life. Something I haven't experienced while painting before.
